1/2 | cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream |
1/3 | cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing |
1/3 | cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided |
1 | pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry |
1/3 | cup chopped red peppers |
Directions
Mix sour cream and dressing in medium bowl.
Reserve 1 tsp. cheese. Add remaining cheese to sour cream mixture with spinach and peppers; mix well.
Top with reserved cheese.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with crackers and cut-up fresh vegetables.
