Caesar-Spinach Dip

1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1/3 cup chopped red peppers


Mix sour cream and dressing in medium bowl.

Reserve 1 tsp. cheese. Add remaining cheese to sour cream mixture with spinach and peppers; mix well.

Top with reserved cheese.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with crackers and cut-up fresh vegetables.

Make Ahead: This simple, yet flavorful, dip can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
